Tickets & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Tickets are sold through Showpass, our official ticketing partner. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to Showpass's Terms of Service.

 

Refunds, Exchanges & Transfers

All tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket transfers: you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 2 times per ticket.

​

Ticket exchanges: you may exchange your ticket for a different event date or timeslot with no limit on the number of exchanges, provided the exchange is completed online at least 8 hours before your current booking. Exchanges requested after that window will not be accepted and the original booking stands.

Refunds will not be issued for poor weather, as Noel Surrey operates as both an indoor and outdoor event.

Entry Requirements

All guests must have their own valid ticket to gain entry to the event. Tickets may be presented as a printed copy or on a mobile device. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations

If Noel Surrey must cancel a scheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered an alternative date rather than a refund. Notice will be sent by email no later than 12:00pm on the day of the scheduled event.

Photography & Media Rights

Finro Holdings Inc. reserves the right to use photographs and video taken at the event for promotional and media purposes. Full names of children will not be published without prior written parental consent. By attending, guests agree to release and indemnify Finro Holdings Inc. in connection with the use of their image or likeness.

Health Guidelines

Noel Surrey operates in accordance with applicable government and BC Health guidelines for managing public health risks, including those related to communicable illness.

The parking lots close at 10:00pm.
