• Payment must be made at the time of booking.

• All tickets are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on the date specified in your booking unless previously exchanged online no less than six hours before opening

• The car park closes at 10:30pm.

• All guests must have their own valid ticket in order to gain entry into the event. You must bring either a printed copy or display the ticket on your phone.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Filming and photography may be taken for personal use at the event. Please contact us if you would like to use images commercially.

• This is an indoor and outdoor event, and refunds will not be offered in the case of poor weather.

• If for reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 2pm on the day of the event. You will be notified by email with your options.

• Noel Surrey will always be operating within both government and BC Health guidelines for managing any risk related to coronavirus, or otherwise.
   

Finro Holdings Inc. reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at Noel Surrey event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Finro Holdings Inc. may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced and used, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

By participating in an Finro Holdings Inc. event, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Finro Holdings Inc.  from any, and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Finro Holdings Inc. may not use, copy, alter, or modify photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Finro Holdings Inc.
