From November 28 to December 28, 2025, the Cloverdale Fairgrounds will transform into a winter wonderland featuring nearly three million sparkling lights. Explore the Bright Nights light walk around the pond at Bill Reid Millennium Amphitheatre, discover the 30,000+ sq. ft. Noel Village with photos with Santa, the green and grumpy one, live music, and a Christmas Market, and enjoy free rides like the 50-ft Ferris wheel (Nov 28 - Dec 19) and bumper cars (Dec 20 - 28). Cozy dining areas, food trucks, and fire pits complete the festive experience. With free entry for kids 6 and under, inclusive attractions, and easy on-site parking, Noel Surrey is your destination for holiday magic and giving back this season.
Bright Nights has long been the single largest annual fundraiser for the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. Since 1997, thousands of fire fighters from across the province have volunteered their time and energy to bring this holiday tradition to life – stringing millions of lights and creating unforgettable memories for families. The Bright Nights display will be installed around the pond at Bill Reid Millennium Amphitheatre. The path around the pond is on pavement and fully accessible, forming the Bright Nights walking loop.
This year, Bright Nights is coming home to Surrey as part of the Noel Holiday Light Festival at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, running November 28 to December 28, 2025. Together with Noel Surrey, the Burn Fund is proud to continue the legacy started by Surrey residents Bob Wingfield and Marg Barrett in the mid-1980s, when their home light display first raised funds for burn survivors.

We have designed the event to be accessible for all, including wheelchairs, assistive walkers and strollers. The outdoor pathway is fully paved, and the indoor venue is located on flat concrete.
Yes, we are happy to accept Access2 Cards. A ticket must be purchased for the cardholder, and the accompanying guest will receive free admission. Please present your card upon entry to the event. Access2 cardholders may proceed to the box office for faster entry. Read about eligibility here.
Tickets to Noel Surrey include admission to the festival, the Bright Nights light display, photos with Santa, visits with a Green & Grumpy Guest, mesmerizing light displays, a 50-foot Ferris Wheel (Nov 28-Dec 19), Bumper Cars (Dec 20-28), live music, dance performances, holiday characters and princesses, as well as kids activities including a candy cane slide, free face painting, crafts, balloon art, and more. Tickets also grant access to the Christmas Market, Jack Frost’s Bar, the Bavarian Plaza, holiday food and beverage areas, and access to festival merchandise.
Food, beverages, merch, and items purchased from the Christmas Market are an additional charge.

There will be a variety of food trucks serving delicious food and holiday treats, as well as the Winter Spice Kitchen inside Noel Village (Cloverdale Agriplex). We will also have two bars, one located inside the Noel Village and one outside at Jack Frost’s Bar.
Yes, our venue is fully licensed. 2 pieces of ID are required, 19+ only to be served.
Parking is free, and parking attendants will greet and direct you to the nearest parking lot within the Cloverdale Fairground complex. There will be accessible parking available.
Most people will stay at the event for approximately two hours, although there is no time limit.
Time slots ensure that you have an optimum experience at Noel Surrey and can soak up the festive atmosphere without overcrowding.
The outdoor light walk may take approx. 20-30 mins. Keep warm with hot cocoa as you admire the fascinating light installations, play and interact with some of our light displays, and linger at our photo points for a few pictures. The light walk is paved and accessible for those of all abilities.
Yes, indoor washrooms are available within the Noel Village (Cloverdale Agriplex) and porta potties will be available along the outdoor light walk. There are also outdoor washrooms on 62 Ave adjacent to the parking lot.
Unfortunately, no dogs or pets are allowed at the event, with the exception of service dogs.
Noel Surrey will be open in all weather conditions, rain, snow, and shine. We recommend warm and weatherproof clothing. As we have an indoor and outdoor space; we recommend dressing in layers and ugly Christmas sweaters are encouraged!
Yes, photos are free and can be taken with your phone at Santa’s castle, and the Green & Grumpy One’s Lair.
Vendors will be announced closer to the festival.
The live entertainment schedule will be released closer to the festival.

Ticketing Questions 🎄
All guests require a ticket, including children who are 6 years of age and younger. You can purchase free tickets for children on our ticketing website. Bring your ticket on your phone and it will be scanned upon entry. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are sold in 30 minute time slots, and you should endeavour to arrive as close to your ticket time as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we cannot guarantee access to the park due to crowd capacity limits.
Tickets are non-refundable. For questions about your ticket, please email ticketing@admitone.com.
If for reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 2pm on the day of the event. You will be notified by email with your options. This is an indoor and outdoor event, and cancellations will not be offered in the case of poor weather. The event will operate in rain, snow or shine.
Yes, there will be a box office onsite. Limited tickets will be available to purchase from the box office, and will be subject to capacity. We encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance here. Ticket sales at the box office close at 8:00pm each night.

Noel Surrey is the perfect venue for your corporate gathering, holiday party, or appreciation event. For groups between 15-20, bookings are self serve through our ticketing website. Please continue to select your time slot and select from the "Group" ticket options on the Order Summary page.
